Who is Inmolink for?
Inmolink is a property portal built for licensed Spanish estate agents and the international buyers looking for homes in Spain. We don't sell directly — every listing is owned and managed by a verified local agent.
How is Inmolink different from other portals?
Three things. We verify every agent before they list. We don't bury your listings under banner ads or paid placements from competing portals. And we charge agents a flat monthly fee instead of per-listing or per-lead — so you can list everything without worrying about the bill.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no card required. You can list properties, receive enquiries and explore the analytics dashboard during the trial. After 14 days, you pick a plan or your account is paused.
Can I import my existing listings?
Yes. We support XML and CSV feeds from most Spanish property CRMs and MLS systems. Set up the feed once and your listings stay in sync automatically. The team can help with the first import — usually live within 48 hours.
Who sees my listings?
Inmolink targets international buyers from the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the Nordic countries — plus a growing audience in Spain itself. Listings are auto-translated so buyers find you in their own language.
Do you take commission on closed sales?
No. We charge a flat monthly subscription and that's it. The buyer enquiries we send to your inbox are yours — what you do with them, and how you negotiate the sale, is between you and the buyer.
How do I get the verified agent badge?
When you sign up, we ask for your colegio profesional registration number, agency licensing details and a couple of references. Most agents are verified within 2–3 working days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no lock-in. Cancel from the dashboard at any time and your listings stay live until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer support in Spanish?
Yes — full support in Spanish and English, with most replies inside one working day. Network plan customers get a dedicated account manager.
